The InvestSync dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your investment portfolio, allowing you to monitor performance, track allocations, and view key metrics at a glance.

Accessing Your Dashboard

After signing in to InvestSync and selecting an organization, you’ll be automatically directed to the dashboard. You can also navigate to the dashboard by clicking on the “Dashboard” link in the sidebar navigation.

Portfolio Metrics

The Portfolio Metrics section displays key financial indicators for your investment portfolio:
  • Total Value: The current total market value of all investments
  • Total Return: Overall return on investment in both percentage and absolute value
  • Day Change: Market value change for the current trading day
  • Cash Balance: Available cash in your portfolio

Portfolio Chart

The interactive portfolio chart visualizes your investment performance over time:
  • View performance across different time periods (1D, 1W, 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, All)
  • Track portfolio value changes with detailed tooltips
  • Compare performance against market benchmarks

Investment Allocations

Understand your investment mix through multiple visualization components:
  • Allocation Comparison: Visual breakdown of your current allocation versus target allocation
  • Category Distribution: Distribution of investments across different asset classes
  • Currency Distribution: Breakdown of investments by currency
  • Largest Holdings: Your most significant investment positions by value

Recent Activity

Stay updated on recent portfolio changes:
  • Recent Transactions: Latest buys, sells, dividends, and other investment activities
  • Starred Stocks: Quick access to your favorite investment securities

Dashboard Customization

You can customize your dashboard view by:
  1. Selecting different date ranges for the performance chart
  2. Adjusting the time period for displayed metrics
  3. Setting benchmark comparisons for performance tracking

Data Refresh

The dashboard data automatically refreshes every 30 seconds to provide near real-time information about your investments.
Historical performance data may take longer to load depending on the size of your portfolio and the selected time range.
